NEW HOME SERVICE - PLAN I
As a new home buyer, I want to earn some sweat equity by performing the leg work myself and then I want to be compensated for that effort. I only want the agent to be there to back me up as well as being available for answering questions.
As the buyer, I will perform the leg work and find the new home that I want to purchase.
In order to qualify for this program, you must notify the new home representative that you are working with and being represented by a Realtor. To do this, all you have to do is the following: When visiting a new home sales center, the new home host or sale representative will ask you to fill out a customer registration form. At this time, you must write on the form that you are working with and wish to be represented by a List For Less Agent. It is that easy. Click on the link below to print out a List For Less Agent Card which you must attach to the builder registration form.
When you have chosen a new home development, the home builder of your choice, a home plan of interest and potential lot site, contact List For Less and a List For Less buyer’s agent will accompany you to the new home site to put the property on hold with the intent of writing an offer to purchase the home of your choice.
That's it and you will save the difference between the Real Estate Commission Paid to List For Less (Normally 3% of the Sales Price) and the fee for this service. For Example : Home Purchase Price of $500,000 x 3% Commission Offered to Agents = $15,000.00 - $5,000 ( Service fee plus some options) = $10,000 earned by you at closing!!!
